Hogenakkal Waterfall is a waterfall in South India on the river ' Kaveri '. It is located in the Dharmapuri District of Tamilnadu, and located about 750 feet above Sea level amidst the Melagiri Hills. This falls is quiet and beautiful waterfall and is good picnic spot. This falls is sometimes reffered to as the ' Niagara Waterfall of India '. Another attractions in the waterfall is the diving skills of local Kids from the top of huge rock, jumped into Water. Who can show their diving skills for a Fee(Rs 5 or 10). So it is a major tourist attraction in Tamilnadu.

The Suicide Point is now known as the ' Green Valley View '. It provides an excellent panoramic view of the hills. This suicide point can be best visited between 10 am to 3 pm, because mist will be covering the valleys during the morning & evening. The pathway to suicide point is loaded with shops selling 'home made chocolates', ornaments & flowers. The another attraction of this place is presence of plenty of Monkeys.

Eravikulam National Park is situated along the Crest of the Western Ghats in the High ranges of Idukki District in Kerala. There, private vehicles are not allowed within the park. You can park your vehicle in the parking area by paying a fee and enter the special Bus. The Bus takes you on a 30 minute ride up the hills along a scenic view. From there, visitors are encouraged to take a short trek of around 1.3 Km to a vantage point. The trek has splendid views of the nearby hills and lets you observe the steep face of the Mountain. The Eravikulam National Park is administrated by Kerala Department of forest & Wildlife in Munnar division.
